Admission Criteria

 

Qualifying Examination and Eligibility Criteria For Admission.

 

FOR FIRST YEAR DIPLOMA COURSES :
 

The Candidate Shall be eligible for admission subject to compliance of all the following conditions:

  • Must Have Passed qualifying examination. Viz. Secondary school certificate examinations of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education or any other equivalent examination with at least 50% marks if he is not backward class and at least 45% marks if he is a backward class Candidate ( Backward class candidates only from the sate of Maharashtra )
     

  • Must have passed such qualifying examination from any of the recognized school in Maharashtra state subject to certain relaxation as per rules specified.
     

  • Must have passed qualifying examination with:

    1. Elementary maths or Algebra and geometry.
    2. General Science or Physics & Chemistry.
    3. English.
     

  • For admission to diploma courses in Engg. and allied technical subjects provided that candidate has not been declared to have passes the Exams. Equivalent to S.S.C. exam of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education with grace while failing in compulsory subjects referred above.
